Active and passive isolation provide comprehensive protection

Thanks to our engineering expertise and wide range of vibration isolation products, we have the right solution for every set of requirements. We can prevent the transmission of sound or vibration from machines and transport equipment to the surroundings, for example. For this so-called source isolation, we equip motors, engines, pumps, presses, punching presses or electricity generators with active isolation. This minimizes the transmission of vibration and structure-borne sound to neighboring structures. We can also employ receiver isolation measures, i.e. passive isolation, to reduce the influence of the surroundings on buildings, parts of buildings, measurement rooms, measurement and test machinery and radio or TV studios, for example.

Acoustic insulation panels

In order to provide vibration isolation and structure-borne sound insulation measures that are tailored to the relevant requirements, G+H Noise Control offers various different types of insulation panel. These absorb the sound at its source.

Rubber-metal elements

Where particularly elastic bearings are needed for machines or plant, G+H Noise Control recommends its rubber-metal elements, whose combination of materials significantly reduces the transmission of impact-type or periodic vibrations.

Air springs

Air springs offer outstanding structure-borne sound insulation for test rigs, for example. They maintain an almost constant natural frequency and also allow the height to be kept constant, with the aid of a mechanical or electronic height regulation system.
