In September 2025, the Hamburg branch of G+H Isolierung successfully installed new ‘G+H HardCap’ spray insulation on a 300 MW steam turbine plant in Narva, Estonia. Around 6,500 kg of spray insulation and 1,500 kg of plaster compound were used for surface protection.

The work included, among other things:

• 2x high-pressure valves
• 2x medium-pressure valves
• HD and MD turbine housings

The short execution time of only 8 working days was particularly challenging, but was successfully achieved thanks to a 2-shift system and the support of colleagues from the Karlsruhe branch.
