Matthias Lukowitz

Chairman of the Management Board of G+H Group Insulation & Acoustics

Matthias Lukowitz, born in 1973, graduated as an industrial engineer and gained his first professional experience at OTIS GmbH & Co. OHG. His professional career led him via the management of UTC CCS Fire & Security Deutschland to the management of the medium-sized Stöbich Group.

Since the beginning of October 2017, he has strengthened the management of the G+H Group and, as Managing Director of G+H Schallschutz GmbH, is responsible for the business activities of the Soundproofing Division. After initially assuming responsibility for the G+H Group companies in the Netherlands and Belgium in January 2019, he was appointed as an additional managing director at G+H Isolierung GmbH in March 2020. In this role, he additionally assumed responsibility for the business activities of G+H Isolierung GmbH in the German states of Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg.

On 01 January 2022, he was appointed Pôle Chairman of CODI VED Insulation & Acoustics and took over as Chairman of the Executive Board of the G+H Group.

Georg Müller

CFO of CODI VED Insulation & Acoustics

Georg Müller, born in 1962, has been Commercial Director of the G+H Group since September 2015. After completing a commercial apprenticeship and a part-time degree in business administration, he held various management positions, most recently as managing director or commercial director at several subsidiaries of VINCI Energies Deutschland.

On 01.01.2022, he assumed responsibility as CFO for CODI VED Insulation & Acoustics.

Uwe Gräfe

Managing Director of G+H Isolierung GmbH and member of CODI VED Insulation & Acoustics

Uwe Gräfe, born in 1968, started his professional career in 1994 at a construction company in Braunschweig after completing his engineering studies. In 1995, he moved to Isolierungen Leipzig GmbH (IL), the market leader for heat, cold, noise and fire protection insulation in Eastern Germany, where he assumed various operational management functions over the following years. From 2009, he was responsible for the operational business of IL as Division Manager and was appointed Managing Director of IL at the beginning of 2015.

Since 1 January 2016, he has been responsible for the areas of Eastern and Northern Germany as well as passive fire protection within the G+H Group as Division Manager. He has been Managing Director of G+H Isolierung GmbH since March 2020.

Kirk Jauert

Managing Director of G+H Isolierung GmbH and member of CODI VED Insulation & Acoustics

Kirk Jauert, born in 1978, started his professional career at G+H Group after studying civil engineering in 2003.

He started as a trainee on a major construction site for Isolierungen Leipzig GmbH, part of the G+H Group, and moved to the Hamburg branch in 2004 as a project manager, where he was primarily responsible for the nuclear power plant business.

From 2008 to 2020, he was responsible for our Hanover site and in 2016 also took over divisional management for the North area. As Division Manager and Managing Director of Wrede & Niedecken GmbH, he has been responsible for the Northern and Western Germany area since the beginning of 2020. At the beginning of January 2022, he was appointed Managing Director of G+H Isolierung GmbH.

Christoph Schönsiegel

Human Resources Manager of the G+H Group

Christoph Schönsiegel, born in 1963, has been Head of Human Resources at G+H Group since 2011. After completing his commercial training and part-time business studies, he began his career at a medium-sized consumer goods manufacturer, which he left in 2001 after holding various commercial positions, most recently as Head of Human Resources.

In 2002, he joined Nickel GmbH, a VINCI Energies Germany company. As head of human resources, he was responsible for various companies in the Nickel Group. In addition, as commercial director, he was responsible for several real estate companies of Nickel GmbH.
