Personal data may be collected when you browse our website. This data will be processed by the company G+H Isolierung GmbH, Data Controller within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (the “GDPR”).

The information collected on this form is recorded and processed by the Data Controller in order to follow up your request.
In accordance with Article 6 1.f) of the GDPR, the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller in following up and processing requests from users of the website.

The anonymised user data is analysed to adapt and optimise the website in order to improve the user experience. Personal data is not collected automatically. To get in personal contact with VINCI Energies Europe East GmbH or Digitalschmiede, we offer website users a contact form. In order to submit the form and to be able to contact the user, it is necessary to enter the full name and e-mail address. A telephone number can also be entered.
The data collected in the context of the above-mentioned processing operations will be disclosed to the following recipients: VINCI Energies SA, VINCI Energies Systèmes d’Information, Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, TequilaRapido and La Jungle, Processors of G+H Isolierung GmbH within the meaning of the GDPR.
The duration of the storage of personal data is the respective statutory retention period. After this period has expired, the corresponding data is routinely deleted, provided it is no longer required for the fulfilment or initiation of a contract.
You can access your data, rectify it, request its deletion or exercise your right to restrict the processing of your data.
